McKitrick House Inn Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation.

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Should there be a cancellation within 72 hours of the arrival date (3 days), we reserve the right to charge 50% of the reservation to your credit card.

We require 72 hours notice to cancel your reservation and your credit card will not be charged.

If we have not received 72 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge your credit card 50% of your reservation fee.

If for any reason you are a "no show" (you do not give any advance notice that you will not be arriving) we reserve the right to charge your credit card 100% of your reservation fee.

If for any reason we must change your accommodation after we have confirmed it, we will offer you an equivalent alternative. If you decide not to accept the equivalent alternative, we will reimburse the full deposit.
